Marion Copperwheat

Marion Copperwheat was a well known TV face in programmes such as 'House Party' and 'Pebble Mill At One' during the 60s and 70s.

The cookery expert/demonstrator is practically retired now apart from the occasional celebrity appearance. Her cooking is very dated and a little kitsch but she refuses to move with the times. Marion will always wear a crisp white newly laundered apron to work in.

Marion performs an orderly approach to meal times and will teach you how to have fun with food by demonstrating canapes the Copperwheat way, with dishes such as 'cheesy pineapple hedgehog' and 'vol-au-vents des oeufs'.

Marion can be rather curt and abrasive, and will demand respect from her audience. In a voice as deep as Dolcoath (The Cornishman March 2005) she projects an unapproachable air, not helped by the severe makeup she wears.
